If I do not have my site as "targetable" can someone still choose to display on my site with per impression costs? I have some pretty high paying keywords on my site, but am noticing that some are receiving like $0.42 cpm based on impressions (noticed because I had earnings and no clicks). I'd like to remove "impression" based revenue because the click revenue is so strong for these keywords.
