Question marks at end of URL ok?

I'm adding a knowledge base to my site. The software creates SEO friendly URL's - meaning it generates the page title as the URL:
    http://www.mydomain.com/what-is-your-question?

Should I not post the ? mark when creating the questions/articles? Is there any negative affect on Google if that question mark is there?

    Thanks

If you add a ? to a web page URL, it is treated as a different URL. So, if you can ensure that all links pointing to the page are with or without the ?, then there should be no problem. However, someone linking to a page of yours may omit the ? as it signifies a GET parameter and the webmaster may decide your URL does not need a ? (in this case, the link popularity will not be passed to the correct URL).

Not worried so much about this. I was more worried about the pages being Google friendly. The question marks will only appear at the end of the URL.

    Here's an example.

    Is this Google friendly?
