Hello everyone, I have been searching for quite some time for network who provides layer ads for adult publishers. Unfortunately I had no luck in finding it. All I found was for Russian and German traffic. They offer very good CPM rates starting from 2€ and 5$, but they want only that kind of traffic and no other. And of course I need for international traffic, which will count US,CA,EU..etc. These ads are pop and layer in one... I was hoping someone here will help me find it. Please if you can, share you experience and networks here. You can PM me also. If anybody needs networks for only Russian and German traffic I will be glad to share my knowledge. Thanks!
