    Hi i have a question:

    I'm serving geotargeted ads based on the country's IP. Everything is done trough a php that checks the ip.

    this might seem a cloacking technique (different content to different IPs). can i get some feedback on this?

    If it's only the ads (not the whole content) I don't think it is a problem.

    The ads make no difference at all, with the caveat that if your serving up links to your own network of sites it might be looked at differently. so just keep that in mind.
