    My goals is to offer the most links, useful to the most people, and organize those links by category.

    Question: Can You Help Me Think of a Major Category of Sites that I'm missing?

    Check out open directory, you might find some categories which can be included. You already have a suggest a link feature, add suggest a category feature as well.
