I know this has probably been asked before, but I was too lazy to look. I found a .com name for a two term keyword that gets 3,500 searches a day and only 169,000 sites (none optimized). Both the KeywordKeyword.com and keyword-keyword.com are available including all of the nets and org ect. I only want to pick up one for now, to verify if I can get any traffic from it. Which should I get?
Well for me, I think both has more or else less the same importance whether it's KeywordKeyword.com or keyword-keyword.com but some would rather prefer the first one because it's shorter. Others believe that SEs are better able to parse the 2 keywords domain better with hyphen in between but I don't think that's an issue now with today's SE. Makes no difference to me as long it doesn't involve use of underscore.
Go with the KeywordKeyword.com Search engines can tell words apart and it's easier to remember URLs without dashes.
There is no difference between a dash, dot or anything else at this time. At on time keywords in a website name would make huge difference. Now you can have a site about credit cards with a name called space aliens and if you have the corrrect keywords andbacklinks you can rank #1.
I thought so, a few years ago google loved those little -'s, thank god they moved on because nobody could remember them. Thanks peeps!
I think your should go for keyword-keyword.com, Because both the keywords are different. And search engine will read them separately and It will help you to make your site more optimized. Thanks
