I have been submitting my site to a few directorys but most of them require a reciprocol link but if i were to link with all of them my homepage would have more directory links than anything else but i see on some sites that at the bottom of the page they this 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 etc im guessing you can overwrite the directory title and have the number 1 or 2 instead this will cut down on space used is this classed as a valid reciprocol link ?????

reciprocals are a bad way to go, especially from your homepage. spend that time building content instead.
