    you have to move to the united states then the UK... pledge a legience and then spank the queen........

    nah really.... you have to earn $100 i think it is to receive a cheque.... or have 2 cheques paid then you can use direct deposit

    You have to meet Threshold requirements.

    The default settings are $100 in sales, including 5 visa/mastercard payments.
