Question: How do I re-open a closed sale?

I’ve tried searching FAQ and Forums, but to no avail. I had a sale that ended, which I have bumped/relisted. I’m currently trying to get rid of the “this has sold out” as I wish to continue selling. How is this done?

    Thanks!

When needing to reopen closed thread, use back post report on first post in thread and request thread be reopened.

The thread was Bumped, but not Relisted. Relisting is what resets it back to a new sale.

BTW - since it's an eBook, you would be far better off selling it here: http://marketplace.digitalpoint.com/ebooks.php but that's up to you I guess.

Okay, gotcha. So I assume there is no way to relist this one? If the sale ended, is there a turnaround time to redo the posting?

The only way to relist something is doing it when you bump it. The bump/relist option is more designed for things you are selling one of (like a domain or a site) that didn't sell. It's not setup to handle when you are selling multiple of the same thing (like an eBook). The eBook section is for exactly that: http://marketplace.digitalpoint.com/ebooks.php

Perfect, I'll go that route. Thank you very much for the help.
