Hey guys, I understand how some movies (and games) can be displayed in 3d with the red/cyan color stuff and you wear the cereal box glasses and you see kinda 3d (with ghosting). Now I just went to see Avatar (2009) in Dolby 3D and it changed my views on how 3d works, which brings me to the question on how can I get this sort of a feature at home? AFAIK in the dolby 3d setup you have 2 projectors each with polarized lenses, and you wear polarized lasses, and each eye only sees what 1 of the projectors is giving off. Now Is there a way to get this at home without needing 2 expensive polarized projectors? What about these new 3D LCD monitors coming out? Will I be able to watch 3D movies and have the same 3D experience as though it were in the theatre? (minus the big screen of course ) If yes to the above, how would it work? Do 3D movies (on dvd) have a special 3d mode for monitors that know exactly how to display the image? aaaagghhh im so confused
