[Question] Generating unlimited Virtual Visa Cards

    Hi
    I am looking for a service that allow to issue a One-Time Virtual Visa (prepaid ofcource)
    Like I fund their balance and withdraw in the form of Virtual Visa

    Why I am looking for this because I live in Sudan I we don't have Visa or MasterCard Services here but people want such Card (so it is an open market for me)

    for personal use I stumbled to entropay and it looks promising
    as for my Idea I guess this site provide them but they never contacted me for a reason (I think they only apprach business holders not individual )

    So any Ideas

    webmoney is also have VCC,
    also you can you epayments dot com, they will send you Master Card CC, you can pay with it online and offline

    Webmoney could be what I need just most the important pages are in Russian :p

    epayments don't list my country in it's list (Sudan) so although I like the idea of ordering of Card and has an affiliate program with it but since Sudan isn't in the list I guess it's a dead-end

    But will look deeper in webmoney for now

    P.s: I miss typed in my first post.. it should be ( as for my Idea I guess I found this site (Ixaris) seemed to provide them but they never contacted me Back for a reason (I think they only approach business holders not individual ) )

    Sorry to awaken this thread :D
    just wanted to keep updating my search.. maybe refining could lead to better results ^_^

    So Today I went into my Paytoo account (I opened one to use it with a site)
    anyway
    I noticed it is more like a financial center
    there is a Payroll and Virtual Cards which could be practically what I want
    there is ONE SMALL/HUGE problem:
    THey Don't Accept Sudanese Citizens :(
    and in order to activate it I need to verify my identity (location is for level 2 which is for sending the Prepaid Card they have, Level 1 is to activate the Mobile Wallet)
    (So any other sites like Paytoo (with the same support for exchanging Balance to Virtual Cards)

    Webmoney I think they have but the never returned my email to become a full distributor
    Some other names popped to me like Neteller and so much more
    but No Sudan Support (neteller didn't even allowed me to see the backoffice :( )

    So so far No luck I guess
    (is there any site that can create Vouchers for usage or Virtual Cards to use online with affiliation reward programs)

    Is https://www.epayments.com a SCAM ? Please see below the correspondences which I had with their SUPPORT team for not receiving the ePayment card. In my opinion, it seems, they are just extorting money from people by giving false promises about issuing the ePayment cards.

    • Dear Ashish Basak, Thank you for contacting ePayments. Your card had been ordered on 22/03/2016 and sent by Royal mail within 4 business days. The card delivery time 4- 6 weeks. We kindly ask you to wait the card till the end of this week and inform us about the results.

    • Dear Ashish Basak, As we can see the standard delivery time is over. We can block this card in order to issue a new one. But please note that in this case old card cannot be unblocked if it will be delivered later. Please also be informed that now we are delighted to announce that the new ePayments prepaid MasterCard is ready to order! A new card programme includes a number of advantages, such as: - new branded ePayments design, - revised logistics process with prompt delivery times, - online system for monitoring operations. If an old card will be blocked, you will be able to order a new card for free. Please inform us about your decision.

Moreover, there is no way to find out which postal/courier company was used to deliver the card and what is the tracking details, if it was actually dispatched. 3. You have left me with two options, which is, either to block the previous old card and issue a new one and in this case the old card cannot be unblocked if it will be delivered later or to order a new card for free. This seems to me very strange as if , you do not care at all for what type of service you provide to the customer . 4. In such cases, usually, if it is not the customer's fault, the provider should do something for the customer on priority basis to expedite the delivery so that the customer remains satisfied and their customer rights remain defended. 5. So what do you suggest now ? To order a new card for free and again wait for months to receive it ? Or. better, you check first what went wrong with the previous delivery and rectify it for once and for all ? This would, in fact, be better for the company reputation. 6. What I decide is, I'll order the new ePayments prepaid Master card for free, and on the other hand, I'll request you to express deliver the card to me.     • OR, just refund my money (35$) which I paid for the card and did not receive it . And we will part happily with no complaints. JUST RETURN MY MONEY. I just don't want to throw money left and right without receiving any services. I don't cheat people and I don't want that people cheat me.
