Question: Fraudulent Bad iTrader

I have a user being rude and argueing for no reason in a sales thread. That user just left negative itrader claiming I was a bad seller on a thread in which he did not participate for a product which he did not try to purchase.

The thread which he reported is my automated osCommerce store, which he has not placed an order from. he simply claimed 'it didn't work' which is near impossbile since the site works for other buyers daily.

I reported the itrader this morning and have seen no action. it should be noted that this same user has sold Warez scripts on DP in 2007.

it also appears the seller is trying to deceive members on his current sale thread.

you will notice he posted in that thread "lets settle this via pms" at 7:30am

then at 7:33am posted the fake neg itrader:

question: how long does it take to get rid of fraudulent neg itrader and what do I need to provide.
