Question for the few people banned innocently...

I noticed many people who "claim" they were banned by accident.

Some of them, however, are genuine, but there is nobody to contact once banned. I was locked out for a week, remember? I attempted to contact shawn, and there is no chance.

I felt like i was walking on another planet.

I have a suggestion. Make the contact form on the forums to email a moderator at random.

This is only a suggestion. Don't shoot the messenger. I just think that currently the system is not fair. I thnk there should be a final system which allows the banned members who are totally guilty, to be locked out and banned from the contact form.

Whatcha think? Its only a suggestion.

I agree.

I was once banned for 2 months because I did something that is not even aginst the rules. But the mod thought it was. I don't blame him for banning me because he thought it was against the rules (but it could have stopped him from banning me if I could have contacted him). I was banned for another 4 months because my dad created an account here and I had posted from my dads computer before (multiple times), dp thought it was a dupe account. I could bring out a couple more rants but this isn't a rant thread.

I was making $200 a week off here before I was banned. Now I make barely any (so I don't really try aymore).

This is just my opinion. I don't think opinions deserve infractions.

WRONG -

Bans are earned with Infraction Points,

Infractions are given by the mods

Once you reach 10 points you are banned.

Its a real simple system.

Thanks for your reply. I was really really scared of being flamed by creating this thread.

I think my ban was deserved, i was being a right "jerk".

If it is was working fine, why would i have created a thread suggesting a improvement? People are getting banned for "dublicate accounts", even though they should still be here.
