question for everyone that owns a site. we are an adult community website. we think that our curent advertising network is not giving us as much as we could make.. so we want to (based on the traffic details provided) have some estimates from the community of how much we could be making and what would be the best way to accomplish that.. we get: -- From Google Analytics: -- 6,300,000 impressions a month 220,000 visits a month 77,000 unique visits a month -- From our curent Ad Network: -- 8,000,000 impressions and 13,000clicks in the last month how much do you think a site like this should be making? what would be our best option? I would think with the right ad network you could be some where around $485.00 a month at the least and $1,600.00 a month at the most. It all depends on where this traffic originates from. For example some of the publishers on our ad network are posting over 100k in unique impressions per month and are only making some where in the neighborhood of $600-$700 and others with less then 50kUI are making over $1,000.00. It all depends on where the traffic comes from and whether or not the advertisers on the ad network want traffic from that country. Traffic from countries like china, India, Korea and some southern African nations receive a much lower eCPM then countries in Europe or Americas.
You should try to convert your traffic in to some sales with CPA programs, did you ever try them? Maybe its solution to monetize your traffic, also if you have value english speaking users you can try some CPM networks
thanks for the answers, keep it coming guys.. regarding our traffic, yes we have 93% US traffic followed by 1.5% UK and 1% Canada so I guess it's good traffic.
If you have 98% US traffic then there is definitely something you are doing wrong. With your stats you should easily be pulling in over 1500 a month. If you added CPA ads such as adult friend finder or jazmin cams then you can easily double or triple that number. I would suggest signing up for some affiliate programs with an adult VOD network. I've used them before and they are amazing source of income.
Try CPA networks for adult content I don't know how much you will earn, but it sure will be something good
we didn't have a good experience with adult friend finder.. so we don't really want to try them again.. the thing i don't like about CPA from my experience is that one day you could make quite some $$ and the other day zero? so it's not constant.. ok i like the sound of 1500 a month, how do we do it?
