Question for SEO experts - Two url of the same page indexed

    I use pmwiki for my website. By mistake, I missed doing url canonicalization for my home page.

    Today I see Google has saved 2 cached copy for my home page

    one for 'www.mydomain.com' - on 21 nov, 09
    another for 'www.mydomain.com/index.html' - on 19th Nov, 09

    Now I want to remove the url 'www.mydomain.com/index.html' from Google Webmaster tool.

    How do I do that? I know that for removing a page I need to block that page from googlebot. But it is the same page as my home page.

    I'm confused. Please advice.
