question for refund of cb

    i do a affiliate in cb, and customer do a refund after i encashed my check.

    what is the situation?

    I think there's a clearing period, they only pay for commissions that have passed it so your check is good

    Even I have a question here -don't they charge like 10% of the total earrnings before sending chq for refunds ? do they give it back if there r no refunds ? what is the funda ?

    I'm pretty sure it will cost you before your next cheque. Yes, they do hold back a buffer to minimise their risk. You don't owe CB anything but they will hold back the refund amount (minus the buffer) before your next cheque.

    I don't really care too much for the intracacies of how this stuff works. You should be aiming to start getting a couple or three hundred bucks in your account per week. Then this refund calculation stuff ceases to matter.

    These days I don't check each calculation CB make, I simply look at the rough amounts and make sure they hit my bank account!

    they have some reffund time..after that only they issue the cheque..

    That is a risk that CB is inquiring. To help minimize that risk, CB always hold back a percentage of your earnings. That amount is set aside for such eventualities. There are also charge backs.
