    Hi,

I just wondering if there's a premium member here in DP can be banned from DP?
I'm new in here but already scammed twice.
I know that people got banned for forum's regulation, not by private transaction in forum.
Hope there's anybody that can explain about it.
    Thanks in advance

I'm not sure exactly what you're asking but I'll offer you two answers:

    1) Premium Membership does not buy you immunity from infractions or banishments. Premium members can be banned just as easily as normal members.
    2) If you can prove someone has scammed you, and it's definitive, then I'm pretty sure they will be banned. Leaving negative itrader will warn people off dealing with them too.

If you are trying to ask if a premium member in DP could be banned, then yes. Even though I am not a premium member DP said nothing about premium members having ban imunities. Hope that answered your question!

How should I proof it? I have all records about our agrement at skype, but to whom I should sent it?
One of DP member also sent me PM about this guy and tell me that he got the problems.
I still can't figure out why people with lot of good feedback suddenly turn to a scammer? Very embarrasing I guess...but that's life...lol

    Anyway thanks for the explanations...

There's at least one guy here I caught in the act of committing a felony that'd send him to jail if he wasnt in Vietnam (a bit outta reach), and he still has a DP login. You might try sending a PM to a mod, but be aware that, as stated in the guidelines, they don't get involved in arbitrating transactions. They provide a platform, it's up to users to do the due diligence.

Somebody tried to save you a headache and you forged on? Oops. That's educational.

The system can be gamed. Here are three methods, and a scammer could employ one or more:

    • -1- Multiple IDs (whether owned by the same guy or a few guys in cahoots) can build a false appearance of credibility.
    • -2- A guy that had a good rep while here sells his ID, and the clean track record doesnt reflect the guy you're dealing with.
    • -3- People may get good itrader before scams are detected. EX: Prompt payment, with a stolen credit card.
These are the reasons behind ...
    • rules prohibiting multiple IDs,
    • rules prohibiting the sale of IDs
    • rules that say guys at the same location must stay out of each others BST threads,
    • rules banning people for itrader abuse, puppet shows, etc....
Its also why the admin repeatedly warns people to use some kind of escrow system for payment.

Next time you see people bitching about the rules that are made to keep people like you from getting shafted, drop a red rep on them, cause they're encouraging guys that'll cheat you.

Thanks to all who give me answers for my question.
Looks like problem already solved. I believed that guys sold his DP account to other people that used to scammed me.
No that guy already banned from DP.

Have a nice day to all
