I'm thinking about starting a PLR site in my particular niche with a monthly membership of about $10/mo. Say, for example, my PLR site is for those who blog about excersize equipments and I provide mainly 1 paragraph write ups on these products. For that price... How many articles would you want available weekly? Would 10 or 15 cut it? Should I have some sort of script that shows how many times an article has been downloaded? Should I even make each article a download, or should I just upload a txt where they can copy+paste or download if they want? Should I take articles down after a certain amount of time? Your input would help me a lot! I'm familiar w/ the idea of PLR but Ive never subscribed to a site so I'm not sure how clients would prefer things be run.
I have subscribed to a few PLR sites, and from my experience, there are no strict guidelines on what a PLR site should be... I would want as many new articles per week as possible. You will have to decide how many you want to add, though. If you are charging $10 per month, make sure you only add enough so you are being paid enough for your time. I don't think it is important to show how many times an article has been downloaded. Not many people are going to use the exact article you provide them. They will probably take the content and rewrite it to make it unique. I would offer both options as far as downloading and having the article posted so the user can copy and paste. More options for the client is usually a better idea. I don't think you should take down the articles after a set amount of time. Why would you take away content from your clients.
^I was mainly wondering if clients would prefer downloads/usage be limited. Thanks a bunch for your input!
If I were to use a PLR site I would want the following: 1) A specific article only available to groups no more than 100. 2) Article re-write service offered to users that want PLR articles rewritten (as a small cost of course). 3) Current Keyword research stats for the articles.
