Question for MODs about promoting Co-Op

    Hi,
I was considering promoting the co-op network, using my affiliate link via email. The TOS says "Do not spam people with your referral link about the ad network (all your accounts will be suspended)". Although, this promotion will be done via email it is NOT SP@M. It will be done via a legit site with opt-in email addresses. I can PM the site's URL to the mods if they want to double check before responsing to this question.

If I do this, will it be considered as violating the TOS? IMO, it's only SP@M if you send out emails to random people but I don't want to take any chances. So, I am asking the mods first.

    Regards,

As long as it's not spam, it's fine.

Thanks Shawn. Yes, it's not SPAM. It's a "Safelist" and I am paying a monthly fee to use it. :)
