Question for LLC Owners

    I just started a LLC.


    My Operating agreement is

    "Online marketing consultation services"




    My question is, Am I limited to only that? I earn a lot of my revenue from my ads on my site.

    Mine was simply "internet marketing and sales". It's better to go broad -- you can justify more of the stuff you do in that case.

    Not only the $$ you earn from consultation fee.
    But all the money you illicitly earn from the site is counted as earning.
