Bug Question for friend with account problem?

    A friend and fellow digitalpoint member has an account problem. Apparently he changed the email address by using paste (which put in a bad address) and hitting return by accident. Obviously he can't get the confirmation for the email at this "new" address. He's sent a lot of emails to support but got no answer. What does someone do to request a reset of email or something like this to fix the account?

    As long as he knows his login and password, he can simply change the email again (you can change the email if you know your info... which he had to of known if he changed the email to begin with).

    You don't need to confirm an email to edit your account, only to post.
