    I was going thru my PM box and received a message from someone saying:

    I was just curious to know after looking at this link and seeing that it shows a referral link, this does follow under the no affiliate/refferal rule?

    If so, I can provide the username via PM if you would like.

    Yes, I understand that is not a referral/affiliate link directly but in that video it shows (I removed the link) which is a ref/aff link....so isnt it kinda like a back door around it?

    If they set up the thread and / or PM specifically to promote an affiliate program, it's against the rules - no matter how they try to spin in or hide it. Forward it to a mod.
