Question concerning link wheels

    I keep seeing sites selling link wheels on SEO sites and my question is what exactly is a link wheel and what benefit does it offer my site.

    Link wheel is a link building technique in which we create several mini sites for link building purpose and link them to our money site, people normally do it with web 2.0 blogs or any other free sources but it is no longer effective after Google's recent update penguin 2.1, so I would advise you to stay away from such services.
