When you do a search on Alexa on a particular web URL, you will get information such as Traffic Rank, Avg Time on Site, and Site's Linking In.

On popular website you get to see the number sites linking to the queried URL. I have done the same query on Alexa on one of my websites but there are no sites linking in. I know however that there are sites that are linking to my website.

    So my question is basically:

    1) Does my website have to be certain Page rank before it shows site linking to me?

    2) Does the sites that are linking to me need to be certain PR?

    Thanks in advance.

I believe your site has to be in the top 100,000. Not sure about that - but I think that's why it isn't showing.

I believe that it takes a long time in order for them to detect your links. So if your site is like 6 months old it might start picking up some older links. I do believe that you have to have a pretty decent rank though in order for them to show up.
