I'm curious about this. Is it allowed to do this. Example I have a car insurance website, adsense CPC will probably be incredibly high like 10-100 bucks. Throwing some quality unique content regularly to it. The question is: Can I use Google Adwords to advertise that website and result in earning from adsense? As adsense seems to have the policy related to bought traffic, is PPC considered? So is adwords allowed for adsense site? Some big websites do have adsense integrated and they are doing PPC as well. Not sure how is this "correct" but hope someone would guide. I'm not sure where to find the policy regarding this in adwords/adsense. If anyone could let me know anything about this or link me the official site it would be great.
Yes, of course you can do it in this way. However, sometimes in order to get a adwords performance you need to pay more. So, this way can not be profitable normally.( Except blackhat)
You are correct. It's done quite often, though, unfortunately. There was a great banning a few years ago of people who were doing this because the "business model did not fit" Pay attention to the Adwords LPQ guidelines, too.
This so called "Arbitrage" used to work like a charm a few years ago until it has been found by Google. Google has added/changed many rules for Adwords advertisers since then. You have a little chance to profit, even you find a good low-paying keywords. Google does likely to put more restriction toward new accounts recently and when you have been found by them, you will get one of these two. 1. Your account would be suspended due to "Business Model do not fit" like Adpubster mentioned in his post. 2. All ads under your account would be disabled. You would being forced to increase a "much higher" bid to reactivate your ads. You may have to pay $10 each click for certain keywords to reactivate them. It does mean you cannot make profits by using Adwords anymore.
Yes I came across google adsense forum about this arbitrage thing as well. Alot of things are "not very" clear still. Let's stay away from adwords and consider 3rd party PPC network. It's mentioned that Landing Page Quality guidelines still need to be followed even using other PPC. In this case, it would mean my landing page cannot contain any adsense Ads, right? Regardless of which PPC. To conclude, to be 100% safe and obey Google TOS. All I need to follow is Landing Page must not have adsense? So to kinda profit from this arbitrage method, i need to land my visitors on a ads free page and make sure they navigate to a page with ads and hence clicking on them. Not quite easy to get that 2nd lvl click there huh.
