And instead of just putting google adsense on there to make money, i want to generate money from private investigators by them directly advertising or getting them clients: by either just them advertising on my site or by customers putting their information on a form and choosing a P.I. based on a drop down menu [where i've reviewed each P.I. earlier on the page] or by the P.I. having a full page on my website and I again capture their info via form on that page. Which would be best for this? html / css with a form? a CMS with a form? a full php site?[yes i have no clue about php]
a CMS with a form should help you capture and store any info. You can have it load up on the backend for further review and management. As far as which model to use...its really up to you, but I would go with letting the visitor enter their info and select a PI. That way you can sell leads/drive leads to the PI.

Hi, I will like to tell you a practical story from my experience. Never you only 1 method of monetization. Cause if you find that not to be working then you may be lost or you will lose faith on the site. But try putting in a combination of both - 1) by customers putting their information on a form and choosing a P.I. based on a drop down menu [where i've reviewed each P.I. earlier on the page] 2) by the P.I. having a full page on my website and I again capture their info via form on that page. In this way you gain traffic as well as you grow interest for both customers as well as PIs. Also provide them with a management section where they can see the people contacting them. You can also use this while you are going to charge them. As a backup option keep ads like Adsense in the management area which are prone to get clicks. Regards, Acmeous.
Oh my head LOL Yeah, this seems like a lot of programming. Someone suggested in his training video, that I would just, i'm applying what he said to my hypothetical above, write up 3 P.I.s for free, on the page, then market the page to other P.I.s to entice them to sign up with me. Good advice?
