question abt auction winner

    There is this guy who won on 2 of my auctions. Now he refuses to respond. Not even a "sorry I've changed my mind". Its been a week.

    I have sent PMs, email and even posted a note on his blog. But he continues to hide.
    I can see though that he has been online on this forum.

    I scanned the rules/FAQ but could not find anything related. Can I report him?

    Yes you can report him/her for false marketplace bid.

    But i suggest you to try to contact him/her one more time through PM.
