    hello ,
    1- i can transfer funds from xoom to one friend in US ?
    2-i can transfer funds from xoom with Unverified pp?
    3-can transfer funds from xoom to other country? ( mi xoom acc from USA)

    Well here is Answers:

    1- You can transfer funds to your friend is USA.
    2. You can't transfer the funds with unverified PayPal account. You have to need Verified account.
    3. Yes you can transfer the funds to other country which listed in Xoom Service.
