I was using Brac Bank to receive the money. There is no service charge as the money you receive is already converted into Bangladeshi Taka from dollar. The only fees you need to pay is to Xoom. Its not important to have a bank account, as the only option you can use is Pickup for bangladesh. Though, there is a way to send the money directly to your bank account when you use brac bank. Add the following line in your First name and the money will be directly to your brac bank account First Name: A/C No: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX FirstName Last Name: LastName If you use the above config, you should find your money in your bank account next day and should be available to withdraw using ATM, this way you won't need to go to bank to pickup the money It doesn't take few days, it receives to brac bank instantly after the disbursement. But they only withdraw your money receipts at 10 AM (GMT +6) (Without Fri and Saturday). So if your money transaction is "Available to picup" before 10 AM, your money should be available after evening of the day to withdraw. Good Luck.
