Question about WP MU

    I have heard and seen in some thread about Wordpress MU.

    Anyway, what's difference beetwen Wordpress and Wordpress MU?

    Wordpress MU takes longer to install, u need to install via FTP, theme & plugin editors are disabled.

    Before wordpress 3.0 in order to have multiple version of wordpress you had to use the special version of wordpress called wordpress MU (multi user).

    WP MU was always a bit of a nightmare to install, needed special mu plugins etc.

    Since wordpress 3.0 however, the normal version, the MU functionality is built in.

    It does not run MU out of the box, but it's much easier to install.
