Question about Wordpress

    Have a new wordpress site, had im curious where do i go to change the background color of the site ? apperance, editor, is it in the default css ? i have no clue, can somebody tell me what file so i can change background color, thanks.

    Yes, it should be in the style.css file.

    You don't happen to have a wordpress.com site or another wordpress hosted site by any chance? Their set up is different. They have a couple different forms of software and the answer would be different between them.

    Can we please get alink to your site please?

    Either change your theme..
    or in style.css of your theme file, find a line that says background

    
background: #ffffff;
    Code (markup):
    change #ffffff to color you want.

    Your blog theme is using an image for the background. You should change to another image or just delete it if you want to use another color.
