I run an online parenting site. I signed up with CJ back in late July, and had several members at my site sign up for coupon.com (also had members sign up for baby2be and those never showed in my commissions either). About 10 people that I know of for sure. I have IP, emails, full names and dates/times of when they signed up. I contacted CJ (no response) and Coupon.com (just responded back after 3 weeks), and was told that my commissions were $5.10 (I should at least have $22.50, if not more, because my members print the coupons off on a weekly basis). CJ has my commissions and sales at $3.75. That's a $1.35 differnce. My question is, should I call both CJ and coupon.com about the commission problem? Has this happened to anyone else? What do you reccomend? I'm frustrated that I'm not getting paid what I should be. Obviously there's something wrong with the way things are done. I thought this would be a great way to earn some money for my site, but it's becoming a PITA. Thanks for any advice and help! Rosemary King Owner of The Baby Kottage www.thebabykottage.com
