    Is there a sub-forum for selling domain along with a non-complete site? Like if I have something with a custom logo...and the general structure of the site set-up - categories, pictures, videos -- without providing the text content.

    Would this be considered turnkey? What if the domain is strong? Like all other extensions were taken...better place to try and sell it?

    sell it in the websites section. If it has content, then it goes there. If you just want to sell it as a domain, then it goes in the domain forum. Traffic does not matter

    Yes,there is even a section in DP which called "Sites" to sell your website.
    And from what you have describe,your website is called turnkey website.
    Its same price if your domain is generic which mean if you own hotmail.info then its not consider strong domain due to the extension is less well known
