question about western union

    Hi there,

    If i sned somebody 50$ with paypal and he has to send it to me trough western union. How long does it takes that i can get here in the post office?

    Usually you get it immediately after he sent the money. He just has to give you the MTCN (money transfer controll number) and then you can go to every shop/bank/post office with WU and get your money. But you have to have an ID mostly to get the cash.

    I think their website says it can take a few minutes, but yeah. If you have the transaction or MTCN you should be able to get the loot ASAP.

    You just need to go to any western union shop and you must know the point of origin were it come from and who sends it. I think you just need an id for that and it doesnt take a lot of time. You can tract your money as well in there website .

    If the post offices in your country have collaborated with WU, then you can receive payments there otherwise you have to find any other agent.
