Question about weight

When sites are first validated and weight assigned is this based on the potential weight of the member site assuming ads are placed on all pages or is it based just the number of ads the validator found at that time?

Just curious since at the time I had the site auto validated right after joining I didn't have ads on all the pages yet.

It's based on the ads being site-wide... it may pass validation because it does not check every single page each validation, but it does check different/random pages each time it validates. So not running it site-wide would cause it to be deactivated on a future validation.

    Hi Sean,

Thanks for the info. Reason I was curious is because I've got the ads on all the main pages already but not all of the internal pages. I'll try to get them up by monday. Unfortunately I'm not a computer wiz and the site is older and can't find any easy way to add the ads to all the pages site wide so I'm having to do every page individually. :( If any we design expert has any suggestions on how to add the code to all pages at once please let me know.

Use a PHP include in a footer file and add your code one time to that.
