Question about weeding out your directory

I need to ask a question when a directory owner offers a promotion for free links non reciprical and with dp members getting a feature for one year (these I will keep for the year regardless) and say 2 month down the line in checking out some of the links and find they are MFA or not quality links ( I had someone else approving them at that time)
1. Do you get rid of them
2. And do you feel it right to move links to different categories and or featured links to different categories as you only allow say 10 featured per category and you find you have 20.

If sites do not meet your guidelines and terms anymore, make them inactive, email them, wait 72 hrs and delete.

Not sure about feature as you should be able to set maximum in admin cp.

 

what about moving the feature same thing notify owner or what

 

You have the right and responsibility to remove any link you do not feel belongs in your directory. The only obligation you have to the submitter is to refund any paid links before removing them.
