Question about W-8 BEN form

    I have to fill form W-8.
    My country does not have contract with US for double tax avoiding.

    I make money from affiliate programs(US based).

    I don't have business in US(and I don't live in US), my business is in my country.I only receive money from US companies.

    So do I have to pay tax in US?
    How do I have to fill that form?
