Question About Virtual Credit Cards

    Hi, I'm just curious about where people get their virtual credit cards. I know my inbox will probably be swamped with vcc offers. But I really would like to get honest answers about legitimate VCCs.

    Since I'm not in the US and don't own a US bank account, where can I get a VCC in order to start applying for AdWords, YSM, AdCenter, etc for aff marketing?

    Also other questions I have are like:
    - How do you fund these VCCs?
    - Are these VCCs transferrable?

    Any help is appreciated.

    There are few banks that offer VCCs... in some countries
