Question about VCC

Hi guys;

I am from paypal non-supported country.
I used to buy VCC to verify my Paypal accounts, but lately, the credit cards are not accepted ( manly mastercards created in india).
I used to get them from a trusted guy from india, and it was working great, until, paypal starts showing me error message.. andwhat I understood from the message is that PP of fannce based address cannot be verified by a CC created in india ( or other countries )

My paypal account address is: France ( always works wih me)

So any suggestion,or anyone here sells CC can be applied for France/europe.. like VISA cards.. I need to verify many PP accounts.

Just line Apple, merchant try to screen card/location.
However you can try card from other country to see if it works

yes I believe that many cards can be supported, i tried mastercard created in india but it didnt work, so the problem is with the country not the type of the credit card

 

yes, check Apple, they only accept card in the same regional
