Aloha I am developing a membership site using Joomla, AEC and JACL. I have already setup a number of membership levels (i.e. Free, Silver, Gold) and everything is working well. I was looking to add affiliate management and tracking software so that I can recruit affiliates and pay them a recurring commission when they drive subscribers to my site. However I am reconsidering the decision and am now leaning towards using PayDotCom as my affiliate manager - my thought is that potential affiliates would be more likely to sign up with an established affiliate processor than with a brand new website. So now my question: How can I setup the various membership levels with PayDotCom? I have spent last evening going through their forum and site, through this forum and on Google and I still can't get the definitive answer. From my (albeit limited) understanding of the process it looks like I would need to sell each membership level as a separate product under PayDotCom, is this correct? If this is the case can I still have a free membership level, and will affiliates still get credit for free members who convert to paying subscribers? Are there any issues with my current Joomla setup that I should be aware of? I'm hoping someone here has been through this before and could advise me. I'm also not yet committed to using PayDotCom so if someone has a better suggestion I would welcome it. Thank you Bill
there are two script maybe it could help you, one is called dlguard which is to protect download and also is possible use it with membership sites, it work with paypal, clickbank and paydotcom (an many more, but these are more famous). there is another script called amember but it work only clickbank no with paydotcom. both script i really like it, are useful and professional. yeah is better let the affiliate work to clickbank and paydotcom
