I would like to change url structure in my website, and it will change many urls for content, but I'm not sure how much it affects the Google Search result for my website?

    Thanks in advance.

this will definitely affect inner pages rankings for some time until Google re caches the new pages

It will a lot! you will lose all relevant PR on your website, do it in stages, adopt and automatic system that slowly changes the URL, i.e 1 a day!

I did this before and now google recached all pages without any problem
But as better way you can try 301 from old to new

if you change your title page, it will effect ranking. Title is one of important factors. Structure of URLs or website is important too. It can get down your rank (sometime increase your rank with some keywords). If you make good structure, rank will be up. Make it bad, your rank will be down. But don't worry. Just do and get experience. It good for you :D

    my suggest

    1) Don't change
    2) If you really have to change use 301 redirection from old to new one

If you change the URL structure it WILL effect your page rankings, that's why it is important to choose the right structure first time. i.e moving from mypage.html to mypage.php will mean the loss of any acrued backlinks pointing to your domain.

You have one more way to create new structure of URLs and save old URLs at the same time.
    Just use atribute "rel=canonical".

I read a lot about that, and people, from their own experience, said that they would never do such a thing again...

If you really need to change, just do it with 301 redirection from old url. Be careful with the new url structure, it should be permanently change. In my opinion, if you change your url structure 3 or 4 times, that will be very hard to get your site ranking again.

This will definitely change your rankings. If you don't want your rankings affected then I would do a 301 redirection.

This is not good information. Chaging your structure will not get your site penalized at all. My suggestion is to do it and at the same time do a 301 redirect from the old pages to the new. This will help save your rankings and pass any of the previous link juice to the new page.. Here is a helpful page on 301 redirects
