Question about twitter accounts?

    Hey,
    It's against twitter policy to sell twitter accounts.. is this right? I heard this but i'm looking for it in the twitter policy guidelines..I have thousands of followers that i'm doing nothing with..I'm just not in the twitter thing as doing business but use it more on a personal level about 8-10 months ago with my other personal twitter account..thanks for any feedback..
