Question About Trademarked Domains

So, here's my question I have always wanted to know the answer to.

Somehow, Coke.com drops all of a sudden. I just happen to be walking, surfing buy, and I pick it up for $10.

Good for me, I go "Hey coke, want this?" I shove it in their faces and sell it for $4.5 cagiklkllion dollars.

Here's my question, If I were able to actually pick up coke.com can it legally be mine? Or does coke have it trademarked with their name? Can coke go to icann and tell me to give it to them legally?

Also, what about something like sevenup.net?

    What is UDRP with ICann

    I own none of these.

I say its yours, my friend says otherwise. Help?

They will forcefully take it from you or will just say, "be happy with a Coke can, my friend or we'll have to shove it up for you". :D
Of course it will be trademarked.

In the old days it was easy to hold domains hostage. Then came along a domain dispute process that made it very easy for trademark owners to get their domains. If you got Coke.com, you had better have a site about coal. Because that's about all Coca Cola would pay - a lousy lump of coal...

Yeah they put a boot to Cybersquatting long ago. Just asking to get your ass handed to you in any event that someone else owns the rights.

stay away from trademarked brand names even it means freely available. your chosen domain should never have any part of their trademarked word inside it.
