    asRep could do that. Google for it and you will find it. It's has a free version and is working fairly well.
    Don't expect such tools to be 100% accurate though.

    I use adlogger to track my adsense clicks. It is simple yet effective and adsense safe :)

    Does it really work. I tried few adsense tracking software and most of them are not even working properly :(

    Is that adlogger still working ? I went to their homepage and it says that development have been stop because google change something....
