Hello, i made a new wordpress website and i don't want any widgets to be on the front page but i can't remove them. When i got to the widget section the widget areas are empty but default widgets still appear on the page of the website. Anyone know how to remove these widgets? Thanks.
If there is no any widget in widgets area then it means that all sidebar data is coming from sidebar.php. You can edit sidebar.php and remove the things that you want. You can PM me for help if you don't know how to edit sidebar.php
