Question about the google maps

    Hello

    I had my companays ad on the top of the search in google map section
    my compsny has many reviews and alot of them are good ones

    and now I am not listed in the first page

    what happend and how caN i improve it

    Link building with the use of your specific location on anchor text is one of the best key...

    Roiti, it's hard to say without seeing your Google Places page. Did you change anything recently?
    You could have gotten a penalty for something Google had let slide and just caught.

    Share the link to your Places page and I'll try to help.

    WishBone your suggestion does not work for Google local. It's a totally different algorithm
    and you don't even need a website to rank high in Google local, so link building is not part of the puzzle.

    1. Select Exact catagory according to your keyword.
    2. Write best description with goood relevancy of keyword.
    3. Make some coupons.
    4. Send the local listing link to client for put some good reviews.

    No he's not talking Adwords, he's talking about the Maps section which is called Google Places.
