Feature Question about the bump thread feature

    In one of my BST threads, I just saw a "bump thread" feature that allows you to bump your thread once a week.

    Question: Is this feature available to all members, or is it only available to premium members?

    ...but normal members can bump only once/30 days.

    This feature is available to all members.... exception being that Premium members can use the 'bump' once every week.... while the regular ones get to do it only once a month! :eek:
