Question about tax information...

I have a new site, and my impressions are over 1,000 and I'm not sure if I can talk about how many clicks I have and what my CTR% is, but they aren't too impressive, even for just starting. My question is, do I have to put in my tax information before I start seeing money in my account?

It could be that the early clicks were because of public service ads which I had for a short time, but I was just curious about this because I'm new to the whole adsense thing and my account still has $0.00 in it.

    Thanks in advance!

No, you can accumulate money as long as you want and keep your account on hold.

When your account reaches $50 you will be sent a PIN number which you will enter under My account. You can choose to fill out your tax ID information then or you can do it anytime. Your tax ID information has no bearing on your earnings. You do not earn anything from PSA's so you want to optimize your site to get rid of those.

There are so many great threads with valuable information on how to optimize your site. You don't even have to search really. Some of the threads are on the first page of the Adsense forum! :)

Okay thanks for the quick responses. I'm pretty sure most of my clicks were on the public service ads that I didn't know how to get rid of in the beginning of my little project. I was going to wait until I made $50 to put my tax information in anyways, so this works out well.
