question about submiting article to article site...

    Yes it helps but submit to like nmot 1 site more like 50-100 most important article sites .....

    It definitely helps but you have to submit to quality sites. I aim to write at least 2 articles every week with at least 2 back links so I get a minimum of 100 good-quality back-links from my articles every year. I know it doesn't sound like much but if you're going for sites with PR4 or greater you soon get a lot of good link juice to your site.
