I can't seem to figure out how to sign up at commission junction. I'm trying to look for some credit card affiliates which will let me advertise to my (non-spam) email lists, which other sites like cardoffers and creditcards.com doesn't allow. Someone told me there a couple on CJ who will so I'm trying to sign up there but can't figure out how. Sorry for the newb question!
